GoldFinch Customer Portal with AI

The enhanced portal enables customers to:

  • Wave Pick Templates to standardize warehouse execution  

Mobile Scanning Enhancements 

  • New Scan Item app for quick inventory lookup  
  • Ability to process returns directly using Scan Ship  

Performance Upgrades 

Key transaction pages, including Sales Invoice and Purchase Order, have been rebuilt using Lightning Web Components (LWC), resulting in improved performance and responsiveness.
