Salesforce maintains independent certifications including SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Current reports are available at trust.salesforce.com.
Within your org, you control access through role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication, field-level security, audit history, and encryption options.
Your GoldFinch data is stored in your own Salesforce org, protected by Salesforce’s platform security. Certain optional features, such as AI document processing, send only the documents you submit to trusted third-party providers for processing.
You own your data. If you decide to stop using GoldFinch, you can export all of your GoldFinch records with standard Salesforce tools (such as Data Export or Data Loader) before your GoldFinch subscription ends. After it ends, GoldFinch objects are no longer accessible in your org.
